RFmx SpecAn
RFmx SpecAn为时域和频谱分析提供互动和自动测量。

视觉论坛的各种NI资源，除了视觉相关的模块有使用外，大部分的都不会使用，仅提供资源不提供技术支持。资源的下载地址一般会同时提供NI官方和百度网盘的地址。某些工具包NI地址失效或没有NI地址，只能使用百度网盘地址；如果百度网盘地址失效过期，可联系论坛客服更新。NI的服务器在美国，有时候速度很慢或下载容易出错，这样会造成安装时各种错误而无法安装。建议在下载完成后，对下载资源做校验和(NI一般会提供MD5或SHA256等)验证，与官方或视觉论坛提供的校验和对比，一致就可以安装；如不一致，则需要重新下载。视觉论坛早期下载上传的资源，基本上都是正常下载的资源；2019后下载的资源，都与NI的正确校验和对比过，保证是正确的资源才上传到百度网盘。校验和工具下载地址：文件Hash计算器FHash，文件校验和验证下载文件正确性验证，MD5值计算、SHA1值计算、SHA256值计算、CRC32值计算http://labviewvision.com/thread-26524-1-1.html

Overview

RFmx SpecAn offers simple access to the most advanced optimization techniques such as multi-measurement parallelism, multi-DUT measurements, and high dynamic range noise correction. The result is extremely fast and high-quality measurements with the minimal software development effort.

New Features

RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4 includes the following new feature:

RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q3 includes the following new feature:

• Support for LabVIEW 2022 Q3 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  

RFmx SpecAn 21.8 includes the following new features:

• Support for configuring odd and even coefficients in DPD GMP polynomial in DPD measurement

• Support for maximum gain and user-defined gain reference modes for compression point computation in AMPM measurement

• Support for peak reference power and peak reference power gain results in AMPM measurement
  

RFmx SpecAn 21.3 includes the following new features:

• Support for LabVIEW 2021 (32-bit and 64-bit)

• Support for list mode feature on PXIe-5840/5841/5830/5831/5832

• Support for configuring manual gain reference for compression point computation in AMPM measurement

• Support for all FFT window types and user-defined overlap (%) for Sequential FFT measurement method in ACP measurement

• Support for I-Only and Q-Only modes in Spectrum measurement for PXIe-5820

• Addition of I vs Time and Q vs Time traces in IQ measurement in the RFmx Soft Front Panel
  

Supported Hardware

Visit NI Hardware and Operating System Compatibility to view driver, desktop operating system, and real-time operating system support for individual hardware devices.

To view information for your device:

• Select your hardware model in the dropdown list on the page to view compatibility information for your device.

• Type your hardware model number in the dropdown list on the web page to filter the list of available devices.
  

Note: Some compatibility information may only be available in the archive attached to the NI Hardware and Operating System Compatibility page. For historic driver and OS support information, refer to the readme for the relevant driver version.

System Requirements

RFmx SpecAn has the following requirements:

• Processor—1 GHz 64-bit (x64) processor

• 4 GB RAM *

• A screen resolution of 1,024 x 768

• Any supported OS, with all available critical updates and service packs
  

* Depending on the amount of data acquired and/or processed, a larger amount of memory may be required.

Supported Operating Systems

RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4 supports the following 64-bit operating systems:

• Windows 11

• Windows 10

• Windows Server 2022

• Windows Server 2019

• Windows Server 2016
  

Note    RFmx SpecAn no longer supports Windows Vista/XP/7/8.1, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, or any 32-bit Windows operating system. RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4 will not install or run on an unsupported OS. You cannot deploy or distribute applications that use RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4 to an unsupported OS. Additionally, after installing RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4, you cannot use any installers built on this computer with any version of LabVIEW, LabWindows™/CVI™, NI TestStand™, or Measurement Studio on an unsupported OS.

Application Software Support

RFmx SpecAn supports the following application software versions, including service packs. You should install application software, such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI or Microsoft Visual Studio®, before installing RFmx SpecAn. If you are not using NI application software, refer to Microsoft Visual Studio Support.

Required Software

• NI-RFSA 14.1 or later

• NI-RFSA 17.1 or later (for initializing debug session when "using breakpoints in C/C++/.NET application" is selected)

• NI-RFSG 14.0.1 or later

• NI-RFSG Playback Library 19.1 or later (for DPD examples)
  

Microsoft Visual Studio Support

If you are using the RFmx SpecAn .NET Class Library, .NET Framework 4.0 (minimum) is required. The RFmx SpecAn .NET Class Library can be used with Visual C# or Visual Basic .NET in any Visual Studio version that can target .NET Framework 4.0.

Installation Instructions

Download the RFmx SpecAn installer from ni.com/downloads. NI software includes NI Package Manager to handle the installation. Refer to the NI Package Manager Manual for more information about installing, removing, and upgrading NI software using NI Package Manager.

Notes

• If you purchased this product with an NI Software Suite or NI Product Bundle, use the installation media that shipped with your purchase to install this product.

• RFmx SpecAn installs the following licensed products
  

• RFmx Noise Figure: This will enable the Noise Figure measurement in RFmx SpecAn.

• RFmx Phase Noise: This will enable the Phase Noise measurement in RFmx SpecAn.

• RFmx Power Amplifier: This will enable the AMPM and DPD measurements and the Crest Factor Reduction (CFR) support in RFmx SpecAn.
  

Notes

• If Windows Update is enabled, the installation process might hang if Windows Update interferes with the installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Run-Time. Visit ni.com/r/exjq43 for more information and steps to resolve this issue.

• Use the serial number that is included with your software to activate the product. Refer to the NI Software Activation for more information on product activation.

Behavior Changes

The following is the behavior change in RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q4 from RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q3:

• RFmx SpecAn drops support for 32-bit user mode.
  

The following is the behavior change in RFmx SpecAn 2022 Q3 from RFmx SpecAn 21.8.2:

• The RFmx Soft Front Panel has been replaced by InstrumentStudio.
  

The following are the behavior changes in RFmx SpecAn 20.7 from RFmx SpecAn 20.6.

• Obsoleted the RFmxInstr Configure Automatic SG SA Shared LO API and the RFmxInstr Automatic SG SA Shared LO property. Use RFmxInstr LO Source property with Automatic_SG_SA_Shared value instead.
  

Automating the Installation of NI Products

You can automate the installation of most NI products using command-line arguments to suppress some or all of the installer user interface and dialog boxes.

If the NI product you are installing uses Microsoft .NET 4.6.2, the .NET installer may run before any NI software installs and may require a reboot before the installation of NI software begins. To avoid a .NET reboot, install .NET 4.6.2 separately before you install NI software.

Using NI Software with Microsoft Windows 11

Microsoft Windows 11 is the latest version of the Windows operating system and features significant changes compared to previous versions. For more information about NI support for Windows 11, refer to NI Product Compatibility for Microsoft Windows 11.
