OverviewWith the FPGA Compile Farm Toolkit you can compile multiple FPGA VIs simultaneously as well as monitor and manage the compilation queue remotely. You also can install compile workers on different computers and let the FPGA compile server manage all available compile workers on the network and load balance compilation requests. The compile server can reschedule the compilation job to a different compile worker if a compile worker becomes inoperable during a compilation.
System RequirementsThe compile farm server, which is the computer on which you install the FPGA Compile Farm Toolkit, must meet the following minimum system requirements:
Installation and Activation InstructionsYou can install all of your LabVIEW products—including the FPGA Compile Farm Toolkit—using the LabVIEW 2011 Platform DVDs. You can find installation instructions for the FPGA Compile Farm Toolkit along with activation instructions in the following locations:
LabVIEW Release Notes, which are available in your LabVIEW software kit.
LabVIEW 2011 Platform DVDs Readme, which is available on the top-level of LabVIEW Platform DVD 1.
To request additional LabVIEW 2011 Platform DVDs, refer to the National Instruments Web site at ni.com.
Note: If you purchased this product with an NI Software Suite or NI Product Bundle, use the installation media that shipped with your purchase to install this product.

Notice Regarding Microsoft Silverlight Installation and RedistributionInstalling Microsoft SilverlightSome NI components require Microsoft Silverlight. If you do not have Silverlight installed on your computer, but you do have Internet access, you can download the installer from Microsoft at
http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/. If you do not have Internet access, you can install Silverlight from this NI distribution media.
Using Microsoft SilverlightYou may not use any H.264/MPEG-4 AVC and/or VC-1 technology or codecs included in or with Microsoft Silverlight software which may be provided by NI as Third Party Software, including for the purpose of encoding or decoding video in compliance with, or making use of, the H.264/AVC visual standard or the VC-1 video standard.
