LabVIEW 2009 Sound and Vibration Analysis LabVIEW声音和振动工具包NISV2009/SVMS2009

New Features: Sound and Vibration Toolkit
The Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2009 includes the following new features in LabVIEW:
64-bit Platform Support
All standard VIs in the Sound and Vibration Toolkit and the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite fully support 64-bit platforms. Express VIs and Express VI examples are not provided on LabVIEW 64-bit installed on a 64-bit platform. All Express VIs work on LabVIEW 32-bit installed on a 64-bit platform.
SVT Audio Filter VI
Use the new SVT Audio Filter VI to perform acoustic measurements by applying a selected audio weighting filter to the input signal. The SVT Audio Filter VI adheres to the AES17-1998 standards. The available audio weighting filters are Linear (no filtering), AES17 20 kHz Lowpass, AES17 40 kHz Lowpass, AES17 20 kHz Highpass, and AES17 40 kHz Highpass.
Note The following audio filters have modified specifications. The AES17 20 kHz lowpass filter specifies a stopband attenuation of at least 40 dB for frequencies above 48 kHz. The AES17 40 kHz highpass filter specifies a passband response deviation of no more than ± 0.5 dB for frequencies 52 kHz to 200 kHz.
Standardized Filter Express VI
Use the new Standardized Filter Express VI to perform common filtering processes on the specified input signal. You can select the filter category for your industry, including audio, human vibration, communication system, and A, B, C Weighting.
New Features: Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite
The Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 2009 includes the new Toolkit features above, as well as the following new features in LabVIEW:
Continuous Swept-Sine VIs
Use the new Continuous Swept Sine VIs to perform continuous swept-sine measurements. A continuous swept-sine measurement uses a chirp signal to excite the device under test (DUT). A chirp signal is a signal whose frequency varies with time. The results of a continuous swept-sine measurement include the frequency response, distortion, and time-domain waveform and residue waveform of one harmonic.
Sound Quality Express VI
Use the new Sound Quality Express VI to perform common sound quality measurements, including 1/3 octave spectrum, specific loudness, stationary loudness, loudness level, and sharpness. The measured specific loudness, stationary loudness, and loudness level comply with the ISO 532B standard and the measured 1/3 octave spectrum complies with ANSI, IEC, and JIS standards.
System Requirements
To run the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements:
Windows Vista/XP/2000
Minimum of 1 GB of RAM
Pentium 4/M or equivalent processor
LabVIEW 8.2 or later Full Development System or Professional Development System installed and properly licensed
NI-DAQmx 8.9.5 or later installed for NI-DAQmx support
Installation Instructions
You must be logged in with administrator privileges to install the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite. Note the following considerations when installing these products:
If you installed LabVIEW 8.2.x, 8.5.x, 8.6.x, and/or 2009, you can install the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite simultaneously to any or all of these versions of LabVIEW.
You cannot install the Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2009 on a computer that has the Order Analysis Toolkit 2.1 or earlier installed. You must purchase and install the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 2009 to use order analysis functionality with the Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2009.
Installing from the LabVIEW 2009 Platform DVD

Known Issues
You can access the software and documentation known issues list online. Refer to the National Instruments Web site for an up-to-date list of known issues in the Sound and Vibration Toolkit or the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite.
Bug Fixes
The following items are the IDs and titles of a subset of issues fixed between the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite 7.0 and 2009. If you have a Bug ID, you can search this list to validate that the issue has been fixed. This is not an exhaustive list of issues fixed in the current version of the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite.
Bug ID | Fixed Issue |
126187 | Fixed the Waterfall Plot to no longer fail while copying data when reading saved waterfall data from 5.0. Use "Make Current Value Default" when saving the waterfall plot in 5.0 to allow the data to be saved and reloaded. |
130372 | Fixed SVFA analysis subVIs to be re-entrant to leverage parallel execution. |
134373 | Fixed the following modifications to reduce memory usage for the Sound Quality VIs: avoid unnecessary building of 2D array for processing of blocks with overlap, consolidation loops to avoid building and then immediately tunneling back into arrays, and avoid unnecessary coercion to extended precision. |
